We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as personal or company checks, money orders & certified checks. Online orders must be paid for by credit card.

Purchase orders are accepted from companies, individuals and institutions that have established an account with us. If you would like to establish an account, please contact us for the appropriate form

Shipping:
We ship to any residential or commercial address in the United States. Shipping to other countries is limited. Please contact us for any special shipping requests and we will do our best to meet your needs

Guarantee and Return Policy:
All of our products are warranted to be free from defect. Defective products will be replaced if you contact us within 30 days of receiving product.

If you receive the wrong product due to our error, we will gladly replace it along with all shipping costs associated with it.

Unopened books and software may be returned and the purchase price refunded if you contact us within 15 days of receiving the item(s). Opened books may be returned for a credit on your account. Purchaser will be responsible for returned shipping costs.

Software cannot be returned once it is opened unless it is defective.

There are no refunds on any custom orders (imprinted forms, envelopes, statements, etc.) unless they are defective.
